We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
*Responsibilities:*

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
2.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
3.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
4.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
5.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
6.
Prepare and edit documents, including memos, letters, and reports.
7.
Update and maintain office databases and filing systems.
8.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
9.
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
10.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
11.
Must be able to work with non profit organizations.
*Requirements:*

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
