TRANSPORTATION: subways - Crown Heights-Utica (3/4/5) and Utica (A/C) [It takes me 40 minutes door to door to get to work in Union Square, Manhattan].
Near the border of Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy.
Also near bus route and citibikes.
The apartment has everything you will need for your stay (e.
g.
fast wifi, desk and WFH set up, iron, well-equipped kitchen (with toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, juicer, utensils etc), and great shower/bath if you're into bubble baths).
Sheets and towels provided.
There is a double sleeper sofa and extra bedding for extra guest short stays.
The apartment is relatively accessible.
Ground floor (with four porch steps).
The porch area has seating and plants and is a nice place to chill.
Pets considered.
Laundromat at the end of the street.
The neighbors are friendly and helpful.
