The Manager, Western Market Ecommerce will collaborate with regional P&L owners to support achieving our commercial goals.
Team member will be responsible for analyzing and summarizing our commercial performance, identifying opportunities, and providing guidance on key shopping moments, new product launches and assets at a global level.
Commercial Performance Analysis: · Monitor and analyze the commercial performance across Western market regions, channels, and campaigns.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing commercial performance, media efficiency, trends, and opportunities across Brand.

com and Pureplay environments.
· Support the ED Western Markets Ecommerce, Tom Ford Beauty Global Online, on corporate and brand presentations, analyses, and other strategic requests involving Brand.
com, Retailer.
com, Paid Media, Affiliates, or Innovative Partnership content.
Collaboration with Regional P&L Owners: · Act as a key liaison between the global online marketing team and regional ecommerce P&L owners to understand their specific needs and objectives.
· Provide support and guidance to regional teams, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and insights required to meet commercial targets.
· Support Executive Director in strategic projects with global reach, including Brand.
com expansion and regional channel performance deep dives.
Key Shopping Moments Support: · Provide strategic direction and guidance on key shopping moments, such as product launches, holidays, and promotions, to ensure a consistent and effective global approach.
· Oversee the management and distribution of key marketing assets and resources, ensuring that regional teams have access to the materials they need for successful campaigns.
· Ensure that global branding and messaging are consistent and aligned with the brand's values.
Qualifications What you’ll need for success: · Proven success in ecommerce, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, and understanding of online retail channels (D2C, Retailer.
com, etc.
).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
· Working knowledge of eCommerce analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, BI Tools.
· P&L Experience a plus.
· Relevant undergraduate college degree required; MA or MBA preferred.
· 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in prestige beauty or luxury.
Direct experience working with retailer.
com platforms, and/or with paid media partnerships strongly preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
