The Director for the Brand Go-To-Market Team at Estée Lauder Global will be the beacon guiding our brand's strategic evolution on a global stage.

Brand Campaigns & Activations: Craft community campaigns that radiate artistry, sophistication, and the aspirational ethos of Estée Lauder, targeting distinct consumer segments with compelling narratives that extol the transformative essence of our products.
Expand the brand's allure to enthral new global audiences, reinforcing our dominance in Prestige beauty.
Oversee the brand's equity across every consumer interaction and apply a broad toolkit of methods to enhance the consumer-brand relationship.
Lead Consumer Marketing strategies for seasonal launches, focusing on pivotal activation touchpoints and social media narratives.
Innovation & Partnerships: Spearhead strategic partnerships that echo the brand's legacy while advocating for ground-breaking consumer solutions.
Collaborate with corporate teams to embed innovative solutions across consumer touchpoints, enhancing brand reputation and appeal.
Team Leadership & Culture Building: Foster a culture of innovation and strategic, consumer-focused thinking within the team.
Mentor team members, emphasizing collaboration and adherence to Estée Lauder's core principles.
Achieve synergy with corporate initiatives for a unified brand marketing vision.
Global Marketing Planning and Regional Alignment: Serve as the Global Brand lead for the ELC Marketing Calendar Alignment, facilitating an early synergy between Global and Affiliate sectors on program priorities and providing visibility into A&P spend for brand growth.
Elevate global marketing strategies by leading communication across regions, promoting collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Leverage collective insights, best practices, and regional expertise to guarantee consistent brand messaging and optimize resources.
Engage intimately with Region Leads, offering strategic direction and innovation for resource planning and investment.
Decipher regional pain points and orchestrate alignment of goals across the matrix to streamline global efficiencies.
Qualifications Over 10 years of expertise in brand management or related fields, with demonstrable experience in crafting GTM strategies.
Global leadership proficiency, with a history of steering cross-functional teams.
Comprehensive understanding of the luxury beauty landscape.
Outstanding analytical, communication, and presentation aptitudes.
A track record of forging high-value strategic collaborations.
Expertise in community-driven campaigns and activations, with a sharp eye for market trends.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $202,100.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
