Overview/Purpose
Reporting into the Associate Director of Box Business Operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Operations Manager to join our dynamic subscription box team to ensure that our Allure Beauty Box & GQ Best Stuff Box members are continually surprised and delighted each time they receive their on-time and accurate deliveries.
In this role you will support the day-to-day box operations business including administrative tasks, warehouse and order management, inventory planning and fulfillment.
In addition, you will work closely with the procurement, customer service, retention, and acquisition teams to help bring our subscription boxes to life and ensure smooth daily operations.
A successful candidate will be highly organized and analytical as well as collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
This individual will also be detail oriented and consistently pushing for innovative best practices and efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Complete administrative tasks associated with box production and order distribution
Work closely with warehouse to ensure products are received on time and as expected
Manage all fulfillment projects with warehouse
Reconcile Inventory
Rigorously utilize project management tools such as Asana and Google Suite to optimize workflows, maintain timelines, adhere to deadlines, and communicate with all parties
Support the marketing team in launching & maintaining member store products including pushing new SKUs live & continuously updating to coordinate with campaigns and communications across channels.
Complete daily tasks within the tech stack programs including Linnworks, Shopify, & Recharge
Liaise with Operational partners to achieve target price and cost savings annually for printing, packaging and postage costs
Work closely with customer service to identify, analyze, fix, reduce, and determine the cause of operational issues
Work closely with product procurement team to ensure product packaging adheres to requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in an operational business environment - subscription business model and/or eCommerce retail experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.

Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solver
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight timelines while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
Team player with a “no job is too small” attitude
Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Asana, Shopify, & Linnworks experience a plus
Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
