About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide advice and guidance to your business clients in the areas of people analytics, talent management and employee engagement as well as manage the talent acquisition process for your supported functions.
You will be energized by the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to the business in support of Avon's growth strategy.
You will report directly to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities
Analyze HR data and provide essential insights to the business
Provide metrics surrounding Avon people processes, including annual performance management process, talent review/succession planning and compensation management
Lead talent review process by creating frameworks, criteria and resources for leaders to use in assessing talent in the organization
Partner with key stakeholders to implement staffing strategies that emphasize quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, strong client/candidate management and the sharing of best practices across business units
Understand Avon's broader business and knowledgeably answer questions around our strategy, goals and culture
Manage the new hire onboarding program and facilitate orientation presentations
Collaborate and develop relationships with the HR team and cross-functional partners to ensure an exceptional candidate experience while achieving overall talent acquisition objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
5-7 years' work experience in a Human Resources-related role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (able to maintain complex spreadsheets and write advanced macros)
Ability and desire to draw insights from HR reports to inform our people strategy
Experience working in an environment where collaborating with team members is an essential part of the group's success
Service mentality along with a strong desire to learn
