Your Role
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing professional administrative support to ensure the effectiveness of the Merchandising leadership team.
This role will manage calendars, travel arrangements, support the Merchandising leaders and team as needed and various general administrative duties.
The ability to problem-solve, think ahead, and anticipate needs and taking initiative is critical.

Your Impact
Manage the leader's calendar; identify potential conflicts and make recommendations for resolution
Develop a clear understanding of the business meetings (cadence, purpose, attendees)
Prioritize incoming information and appointments, learn preference for response, in email, text, Teams chat, in person
Take initiative to respond to requests and support the leader with required and useful information
Creation of PowerPoint slides and decks, based on direction from leaders
Develop creative ways to gather the information (Ex.
learn how others prefer to respond, email, text, Teams chat, in person)
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness as changes occur in schedules, plans, documents, or other situations throughout the business day
Contribute to ongoing improvement of process and support of the team
Schedule and manage travel and transportation
Complete and verify expense reports
Coordinate all details of setting up meetings owned by leader (room reservation, table arrangement/set-up, technology support)
Ensure agenda and meeting information are distributed prior to the meetings owned by leader
Close partnership with the operations team and other EA’s in managing ongoing development meetings.
Understanding of the development calendar from a high level.
Act as a liaison to other business and enterprise partners as directed by the leader including human resources, finance, and operations.
Communicate with team members and cross functional teams both internally and externally as appropriate, including communication with other EA partners.

Minimum Salary: $80,500.

Maximum Salary: $105,525.

Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant providing support to a senior executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment required
Advanced PC skills (proficient using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
PowerPoint experience required
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred
Proven track record including roles of increasing responsibility
Proven success working in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm
Creative problem-solving skills
Advanced calendar management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Advanced travel management/booking and dealing with expense management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to anticipate Executive's needs
Strong adaptability, flexibility, initiative, and resourcefulness
Ability to exercise independent judgment and decisions
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
