Ideal candidate has strong personal style sense and love of the Madewell brand.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with associate stylist to pull shot list for each delivery/season Work with associate stylist to cast looks on models based on size and aesthetic Create and style varied women’s looks for e-commerce shoots review all styling with Women’s Senior Stylist prior to shooting.
Work with merchants to ensure use of big buys in styling Work with merchants and design team to learn fits and lead fittings before e-commerce shoots Work with production for casting needs, based on styles that need to be shot on-figure Working with assistant stylists to ready shoots (typically shoot between 30-35 shots per day) Partner with art director, photographers, and studio team members to ensure that each set runs smoothly Collaborate with on set art director and photographer to capture important details in styles Digital markups on selects, post e-commerce shoots for retouching Manage/run a smooth set Requirements: Passionate about Madewell and in house brand styling 5+ years on figure styling experience required Ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced atmosphere and multi task Must be able to adhere to tight timelines/turnaround Possess working knowledge of garment fits and an eye for detail Previous experience working with on set tailors Previous experience working with wide range of model sizes An eye for photography and composition We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes.

Salary Range: $72,500.
00 - $87,000.

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
