What You’ll Do:
Manage and the creation of the monthly Global Floorset Guidelines by store tiers/buys in line with overall company strategy and support the setup for each seasonal market for the Lifestyle division.
Attend all meeting pertinent to seasonal floor sets with Merchandising teams and manage the organization, coordination, and set up of seasonal directives.
Partner cross-functionally to drive annual process linked to seasonal storytelling aimed at driving category performance.
Manage and maintain global visual merchandising calendar.
Partner with global cross-functional partners to seek creative solutions to storytelling challenges that arise while maintaining brand image.
Map out seasonal suggested flow by product categories and skus.
Responsible for all visual merchandising communication to global network.
You’ll Need to Have:
Minimum 4 - 6 years Visual Merchandising experience demonstrated advanced visual merchandising knowledge and understanding how visual merchandising supports the customer experience.
Bachelors Degree in a Fashion related major or equivalent
Clear verbal and written communication.
Basic photography skills
Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work in NYC office 3-4 days/week
