*Position Overview:* We're seeking a Product & Merchandising Manager to support the product lifecycle at JoyJolt.
In this role, you will be involved with the information management and monitoring of key milestones throughout the product development lifecycle.
You'll partner with the Director of Product Design & other internal departments to ensure adherence to workflows & processes related to the launch of new products.
This role will provide input and help support building a strategic product roadmap that fits within the overall brand messaging of JoyJolt across multiple product categories.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Support the product life-cycle process on all move forward products.
* Keep up to date with industry trends in the industry.
* Own and update the product information database.
* Partner with the Director of Design to create story boards to drive product development process.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing on ad-hoc reports and keep the development and marketing process on track.
* Check product and packaging samples and maintain an internal catalog.
* Organize and maintain digital documents (quotes, product spec sheets, product concepts).
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
* 2-5+ years of experience in product management in Consumer Packaged goods * Experience in tabletop industry * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Time management and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
* Ability to present to and work with all levels of an organization.
