Reports to the Market Manager and Assistant Market Managers.
* Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to department procedures * Receives product deliveries, ensures order and invoice accuracy and notes discrepancies * Checks to ensure all grocery items are merchandised attractively as per quality standards * Ensures all items are rotated by First In First Out (FIFO) standards * Maintains and organizes back-stock and warehouse storage areas according to department standards * Adheres to all guidelines about product recommendations and information * Communicates grocery needs, adjustments, and problems to grocery manager promptly and efficiently * Maintains a safe and cleanly work environment in accordance with department, state and federal regulations * Performs light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, and packaging disposal as necessary * Works with colleagues as a team; maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to help others * Performs other duties as required or assigned *Please be prepared to provide proof of fully Covid-19 vaccination upon hire.
