We're actively seeking a mid to senior-level associate attorney (3-5 years’ experience) to join our clients thriving Real Estate Litigation Practice in New York.
The role entails overseeing real estate litigation matters, with a primary focus on City and State Courts.
The candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, a deep understanding of New York regulatory statutes, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, as well as proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements, is highly desirable.
Qualifications
• 2-6 years of comprehensive real estate litigation experience.
• Expertise in handling diverse real estate-related matters.
• Knowledge of City and State Court practice and procedure.
• Familiarity with New York regulatory statutes.
• Exceptional research and writing skills for producing polished, professional documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
• Representation of clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
• Management of various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.

Compensation and Benefits
• $200,000 - $230,000 per year
