As an in-house leasing agent, you will be showing future Brighton residents the beauty and detail of their next home.
Agent responsibilities include creating showing schedules and apartment tours, listing unit details on marketing platforms (streeteasy, zillow, renthop, etc.

), holding open-houses, tracking progress to leasing and providing feedback on interest and processing of applications.
Agent must have an ability to work collaboratively as a team as they work closely with our Leasing Coordinator on market pricing and application processing and with Property Managers and field staff for access.
- IN-HOUSE LISTINGS: All units are IN-HOUSE listings.
We are NOT a leasing company.
- COMPENSATION: This is a commission based position and good leasing will be rewarded with a higher earnout up to $90,000/year that increases year over year based on performance.
- LOCATION: Unit locations are concentrated in downtown Brooklyn (Brooklyn Heights/Boerum Hill), downtown Manhattan (SoHo/NoLiTa/Little Italy/Lower East Side), midtown Manhattan (Chelsea, Union Square, Kips' Bay, Midtown East), and the Upper East Side.
- EXPERIENCE: Only agents with 3 years minimum prior experience in a NYC residential leasing will be considered for this position.
