(“JCP”) is seeking qualified applicants for the Sales Associate position in the internal residential condo sales team to manage the new residential condo project consisting 392 residential units located in Flushing, Queens.
JCP is a real estate development and investment firm headquartered in New York City.
JCP develops and invests in residential and mixed-use buildings for rental and sales.

JCP team is comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds including investment, development, design, construction, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Provide a friendly approach to all interactions with potential buyers/brokers/visitors;
- Ensure the appearance of the sale office and model units is maintained to the highest standards for the newly built contemporary condo sales office and request to order needed supplies in time;
- Supervise the cleaning staff to keep the optimal appearance of the office and model units at all times;
- Be responsible for keeping the sign-in sheet (using tablet) to keep the log of the visitor and provide a daily/weekly summary;
- Be responsible for collecting applicable forms such as construction site tour waiver, etc.
- Provide a knowledgeable/appealing introduction of the condo using tablet/screen;
- Be responsible for responding timely to the request for sales office visit and tour appointment by email and phone, and provide a hard hat tour as needed;
- Coordinate with both brokers and buyers on marketing and sales process;
- Help process offers and gather info from the purchasers to help with the sales process;
- Stock and coordinate to move the promotional items stored in the project job site
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and
as part of a sales team
- Mandarin Chinese fluency preferred but not required
- No real estate/sales related experience is ok
