*What We are looking for:* We are looking to build a team of aggressive Mortgage Loan Originators to act as independent contractors who are familiar with NON-QM Loan products including DSCR loans, must be ambitious and self-sourcing.
Must have existing broker relationships and direct customer to generate business.

· Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines · Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs · Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained through the life cycle of the loan process *Mortgage Loan Officer job requirements:* · Must be a licensed or registered Mortgage Loan Originator · Comply with all Federal and State regulations · Must have loan origination experience · High level of comfort meeting new people and networking to prospect for new business leads · Good oral and written communication skills are needed to generate independent leads · Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry Job Type: Freelance Pay: Commission Based Job Type: Contract Pay: $60,000.
