*What you’ll be doing:*
* Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, accountants, etc.
* Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
* Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
* Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained through the life cycle of the loan process
*Mortgage Loan Officer job requirements:*
* Must be a licensed or registered Mortgage Loan Originator
* Comply with all Federal and State regulations
* Minimum 1 year loan origination experience
* High level of comfort meeting new people and networking to prospect for new business leads
* Good oral and written communication skills are needed to generate independent leads
* Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry
* High School Diploma
