* Real estate office experience a plus

* Day to day operational assistance to Director of Operations and Director of Sales
* Order supplies when necessary
* Meet and greet guests
* Answer and direct phone callsto Real Estate Agents and Management Team
* Additional office duties as assigned by Director of Operations
