We are dedicated to excellence in construction and property management, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a dual role as a Property Manager and Executive Assistant.
*Position: Property Manager and Executive's Assistant*
*Location:* Ridgewood, NY
*Type:* Full-Time
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Property Management:*
* Oversee and manage various real estate properties including residential, commercial, and industrial.
* First point of contact for residential and commercial tenants, build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism, managing lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and leasing brokers for maintenance, repairs, and leasing activities.
* Implement and utilize rental management software (e.
g.
, Yardi) for efficient property management.
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required.
* Represent ownership in court hearings if necessary.
*Executive Assistance:*
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
* Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
* Act as a liaison between the executive and internal departments as well as external contacts.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in the real estate industry (sales, brokering, tenant management, etc.
).
* Familiarity with rental management software, preferably Yardi.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with tenants, vendors, and professionals.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Experience in managerial roles, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
*Desired Skills:*
* Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and thorough in approach.
* Highly developed social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, while abiding by strict confidentiality requirements.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and or AutoCAD a plus.
*What We Offer:*
* $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
