Property Manager

Large residential cooperative in Coney Island/Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn is looking for a Property Manager.
Apply if you have at least 5 years of solid hands-on residential property management experience, including experience with capital renovation projects.
The following will be considered a plus: - background in construction administration; - fluency in Russian or/and Spanish; - experience of supervising union employees.
