*Duties*
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing, showings, and screening potential tenants
- Maintain a high occupancy rate by effectively advertising and promoting available spaces
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle any tenant inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and adjust rental rates as needed
*-Part of the job will be to travel to New Jersey where we have multiple spaces.

*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in commercial property management or leasing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and prospects
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build positive relationships with tenants
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or complaints effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and files
