House Boat for Sale - $1,500 (Rockaway Beach)

1978 Trojan F 32 boat for sale Has been used as a houseboat for the last few years.
The boat is in good shape, it floats, and the engines do not work or run.
Electric works.
The water has a small leak where it comes in.
There is also a small leak at the top of the boat coming in over the steering wheel.
I was renovating the boat for next summer but can no longer take on the project.
Can not provide towing or delivery.
