We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description: Position Overview: Ripley Grier Studios is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a minimum of two years of fast-paced customer service experience.
The ideal candidate should have a background in either hotel services or security, with a preference for candidates who are 21 years or older.
Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service by assisting studio guests, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage reservations, bookings, and check-ins, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment within the studio premises.
* Collaborate with studio staff to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience and professionalism, working to find satisfactory resolutions.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio reception area.
* Follow established procedures and protocols for studio security and emergency response.
* Keep accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.
* Assist in handling cash and credit card payments.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on studio policies, procedures, and security measures.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of Ripley Grier Studios.
Qualifications: * A minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
* Prior experience in hotel services or security is preferred.
* Must be 21 years of age or older (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reservation management.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
