Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team in New York as part of our Client Services function.
Your team: You will report to the Head of Customer Success, WARC Americas and work closely with the Account Development team to share valuable insights and knowledge to influence commercial conversations.
Your Role: You will be responsible for ensuring our newest clients get immediate and sustained value from WARC’s offering, by providing a seamless onboarding experience and strong engagement with WARC throughout the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Effectively manage a portfolio of customers who are within their first 24 months of partnering with WARC; with heightened focus on the early phase of their customer lifecycle Project manage the onboarding and engagement of new clients to ensure quality and consistency across the Americas business Ensure key client processes in relation to the onboarding of customers are in place and implemented to a high standard Directly influence the value perception of WARC in your customers ecosystem, and impact volume retention of this customer portfolio Build the case for renewal by understanding your customers, collecting high quality information and identifying risk/low engagement early in order to create an engagement strategy and to ensure successful collaboration with the Account Development team Conduct virtual workshops for clients throughout the year, and in person where appropriate Become key point of contact for your customers, and advisor on WARC suite of products Meeting and exceeding customer engagement measurables Work to solve any technical issues the client might have Work with the Account Development team to develop upsell opportunities Your Experience Strong customer service ethic, with the desire and strategy to surpass client expectations Ability to work with high level customers, to understand their needs and provide personalised solutions through the products and services WARC offer Able to spot and grow upsell opportunities with the Account Development team Strong communication skills with customers - including presenting to senior level executives Strong research skills and interest in the global marketing and advertising industry Interest in the world of marketing, advertising and media Happy to connect with customers, on the phone and via email If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.

Each candidate's actual salary will be a function of the candidate’s qualifications, the locally competitive market rate and will be consistent with Ascential's internal approach to base salary compensation.
