Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the friendly face representing our store and will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service to our shoppers.

Responsibilities: Welcome customers upon their entry, providing information about products and services.
Address customer inquiries and assist in locating products.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Process customer transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
Aid in stocking shelves and replenishing products as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and manage customer complaints courteously and professionally.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary: $18.
