Cashier/Customer Service

```Duties``` - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies ```Requirements``` - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to sell products and upsell additional items - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling - Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred but not required - Must be sales-oriented and able to meet sales targets - Multilingual abilities are a plus This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
