Ideal candidate will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

Our dresses are handmade in Europe, so knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian language is preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer phone call requests, messages, and emails.
Communicate with our brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
Maintain a working knowledge of salon merchandise, in addition to current bridal fashion trends.
Have a knowledge of our designers, gowns and fabrics.
Use iPad tools to research and communicate this information to the customer.
Organize the shipment of gowns to clients, press events, trunk shows, and more.
Communicate with our production team in US and Ukraine
Assist with other store projects i.

inventory & merchandise ticketing as needed.

Analyzing & Decision Making:
Respond promptly to all customer questions providing product and service information.
Build relationships to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian language is preferred
Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization
Education & Credentials:
High school diploma or an equivalent degree.
Having 1 + years prior retail experience in an apparel, service or specialty store environment is preferred.
Expert training will be provided.
