Front Desk Coordinator - Roving

Persons of Interest is seeking a hospitality and customer service oriented, friendly, and hardworking person to keep things in flow for an internationally recognized barbershop/salon.
\*We have locations in Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene and Williamsburg.
Location will be determined after an initial interview\* Ideal Candidates Will: -Be organized, energetic and professional -Be interested and excited about making clients feel welcome and seen -Maintain a kind and helpful energy -Be able to multitask and keep the flow of multiple systems in play -Be physically capable of carrying and folding laundry -Be a fast learner and a "think on your feet" person -Have fairly open availability and ability to cover shifts.
Must be available Sundays -Have experience in the service industry \*A "Brooklyn hipster chic" sense of style is a plus!\* Duties Include: -Maintaining the appointment book -Accepting calls and booking clients over the phone -Serving as a liaison between guests and stylists -Stocking beverage cooler and offering drinks to customers -Sweeping hair + maintaining a tidy and organized atmosphere -Wash and fold towels for the shop throughout the day We are posting for a part time, roving position (approx 10-20 hrs a week to fill in for folks out of town or sick etc) but for the right person we could potentially offer full time in the near future.
