The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and support the sales process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Provide product and service information to customers, including information about custom designs, pricing, and lead times.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a customer service representative, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of screen printing and/or the custom apparel industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software.
