ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including but not limited to answering all calls and correspondences via in-person, phone, email, or other online communications.
Manage projects and communications, including emails, memos, and scheduling for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
Collaborate with our People and Culture department on organization-wide events and engagements.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences for all incoming and outgoing visitors and staff at our Headquarters.
Monitor and manage front desk security cameras while ensuring visitors and staff are correctly logged in and out.
Manage daily upkeep of on-site business centers and communal spaces, including office supply stocking, copy and print, and pantry inventory.
Responsible for assisting with mail service as needed, including but not limited to sorting and distributing mail and receiving and tracking packages.
Ensure the reception area is kept neat, clean, and professional.
Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 7 years of experience as a front desk manager.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with adequate office equipment knowledge.
Highly organized with an attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
