Call Center Rep/Front Desk

Our work environment includes: * On-the-job training Duties: - Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about medical exams, services, and policies to patients.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and insurance verification.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures to assist patients and physicians with healthcare-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with patients and physicians in English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of information and exam protocols.
- Analyze patient needs and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
Experience: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service/ fron desk role is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology/ health insurances is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate through different software applications.
Job schedule: Monday- Thursday 12pm- 7pm, Sunday 9am- 4pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
