We are looking for an open-minded Front Desk Receptionist that is ambitious, skilled in phone and direct sales, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude.

*Qualifications, expected experience, personal qualities:* - Must have experience in direct sales and active phone sales.
- Commitment and result-orientation.
- Strong, articulate, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a medspa, or medical office is preferred.
- Ability to handle stress, attention to details, non-confrontation, strong inter-personal skills, punctuality.
- Presentable appearance, cared-for look (you are a frontwoman of the Company) - Working languages: Russian, English (*must have*) *Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:* - *FIRST OF ALL* – sell services and professional home use skincare products! - Make regular calls, talk with customers on the phone.
- Organize reception activities, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, advise on services.
Confirm and follow up calls/emails/messaging.
- Assist clinical team with client intake and client flow, including (but not limited to): new client registration, questionnaire completion, consenting, etc.
- Comply with сash control discipline and keep accounts - Assist the manager.
*What do you get from us:* - Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 am till 6 pm.
- Salary: $13.
00 per hour + % of sales of cosmetics + % of client stream.
Salary from $ 4000 per month and higher, taking into account achievement of plan targets.
- You can get Med SPA services and buy professional cosmetics at cost of consumables.
- On-going education on sales, customer service, personal growth.

- Probationary period: three months.
