As a Customer Service Representative, you will join Customer Service team in helping ensure all incoming inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
In this role, you will answer incoming calls, responding to caller inquiries, and obtaining feedback by completing required documentation and escalating calls as needed.
*Customer Service Representative Qualifications:* * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both languages * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient in using computer systems and software * Ability to work well in a team environment * 1 year of prior experience in a phone based customer service role or call center environment is highly preferred.
* Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-5PM * *Fluently Bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement!* *Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:* * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information about our services and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $22.
