As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our Customer Service Department in helping ensure client inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
In this role, you will answer incoming calls, answering questions and obtaining feedback, completing required documentation, and escalating calls as needed.
*Customer Service Representative Qualifications:*
* 1 year of prior experience in a phone based customer service role or call center environment is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both languages
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in using computer systems and software
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* *Fluently Bilingual in French/Haitian Creole and English is a requirement!*
*Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:*
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information about our services and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
