Night dispatcher needed for towing company (long island city)

We are a busy towing company in long island city in need of a dispatcher for Saturday and Sunday nights, 8pm to 8am.
Experience is a plus but is not mandatory, We can train the right candidate.
The role consists of coordinating with drivers, managing customer needs, answering customer's questions, and billing customers for services rendered.
Basic computer skills and a good phone presence is necessary, but beyond that this is a straight forward, fun, laid back environment with room for advancement within the company and competitive pay.
