Customer Service Representative

Kings County House Calls is seeking a customer service representative to join our medical office team.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities: * Outreach to patients to follow up on health status * Team collaboration to resolve any issues as needed * Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct party * Perform all other office tasks * Document patient interactions in medical records Qualifications: * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Basic computer knowledge is essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * ​Strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
