*The Inquiry Representative performs administrative and office support work within the Inquiry Unit.
Bilingual Spanish Speaking*
*Responsibilities:*
* The Inquiry Representative handles all Customer Service received by telephone, mail, and walk-ins
* Perform daily support functions such as customer service, phone calls, data entry, and staff support
* Send correspondence to the respondents regarding general information needed for the resolution of claims and inform the respondent of his/her current violation status
* Scan and upload appropriate documents into the database
* Provide quality service and support for customers
* Manage and maintain accurate records
