Duties:
* Handle export orders, arrange customer pickups/deliveries, verify export documents, book shipping space, etc.
* Follow up on cargo movement, coordinate with relevant parties, handle contingencies.
* Provide pricing, order tracking, claims handling and other after-sales services to customers.
* Maintain good client relationships, resolve queries, and improve service quality.
* Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Shipping, or related fields is preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, familiar with export processes and relevant laws/regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to read and compose export documents.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and ability to operate computers/systems efficiently.
* Highly responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.
* Ability to work overtime when required.
* Prior experience in the shipping/maritime industry is a plus.
* Relevant certifications like Customs Broker, International Trade etc.
are advantageous.
* Bilingual Chinese and English
