```Duties```NexHealth is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
The ideal candidate will be able to exhibit a can-do attitude and have a demonstrated commitment to providing world-class customer service.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate proficiencies in executing the following tasks: • Effectively manage customer interactions and inquiries across all channels: phone, online, social media, email, etc.
• Handle customer inquiries including complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers by providing a tailored customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Remain knowledgeable of all current NexHealth products and services.
• Update customer information in the customer service database during interactions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions and document resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
The successful applicant for this role will possess the following: • Great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and maintain a high level of organization.
• Comfort in utilizing modern technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of customer service.
