Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection and technical support
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technical sales, wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is a plus
Requirements:
-One (1) to three (3) years experience working in customer service and healthcare
- High school diploma
