Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and talented Part Time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Bay Ridge Subaru dealership in Brooklyn, New York.
You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing front desk reception, and assisting clients with any of their needs.
As a customer service representative, you will serve as the face of the dealership, and help build strong relationships with our customers.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a Part Time - hourly Administrative job paying $15 per hour, to be paid weekly.
Depending on your performance, there may be an opportunity to receive incremental increases and bonuses.
As a part time employee, you will be eligible for limited health insurance, employee discounts, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
• Answering telephone calls, screening and forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Scheduling and cancelling appointments/reservations.
• Utilizing a computerized customer database to keep accurate records of customers and their vehicles.
• Filing and maintaining customer information in the system.
• Greeting customers and responding to inquiries/reservations in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
• Performing payment transactions accurately following company policies/procedures.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive customer experience.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Previous reception/office or customer service experience as a Plus.
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in computers, Windows and web-based applications (Google Docs, Excel, etc.
).
• Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and work independently with minimal supervision.
