Customer Service Representative Duties Include:
* Set up delivery/pick up of patient monitoring device to patient homes
* Place follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs are met in an efficient manner.
* Ensure compliance of device usage
* Access customer databases, knowledge resources and technical applications to determine root causes and resolutions.
* Interact with client departments escalations.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Customer Service Representative Requirements Include:
* High school graduation or equivalent required;
* Answer high-volume inbound customer calls via an automated phone system
* Make outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales as needed
* Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
* Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to problem solve
