Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services.
* Identify opportunities and persuade customers to stay on boarding.
* Communicate and explain the benefits of the products and services.
* Update and ensure the accuracy of customers' policy and information.
* Drive revenue and customer satisfaction from gathering feedback.
* Answer phone calls and respond stakeholders with the most updated information.
* Provide first call resolution to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Build positive relationships with valuable agents and partners.
Requirements: * Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Confident talking to a diverse group of people.
* Capable to work independently and multitasking.
* Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
* Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin, fluent.
