Customer Retention Specialist

Liberty Home Guard is seeking a retention specialist who has a passion for Customer Service and Sales to join us in helping educate our customers on the value of our service.

*Responsibilities:* * Build strong relationships with customers.
* Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers.
* Showcase ability to keep customers on board through critical thinking and articulate communication of Liberty Home Guard’s value proposition to customers.
* Accurately convey the value-add of our warranty and concierge repair services to customers.
Educate current customers to ensure the risks associated with owning a home that is not under warranty.
* Problem-solving and creative thinking is a must as you quickly identify the root cause of customer issues, pinpoint strategies to eliminate those issues and work with customers to negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
* Reiterate the value of being a Liberty Home Guard Warranty policyholder.
* Follow up with on-staff attorneys and supporting staff regarding current and potential cases.
*Requirements:* * Be able to pay close attention to detail.
* Have excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
* Must have proven previous Sales and Customer Service or Retentions experience.
* 2+ years in a call center retention role is highly preferred.
* Strong and savvy persuasion skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
