We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Patient Customer Representative* who is fluent in to join our dynamic team.
*Responsibilities:* * Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system.
* Provide language assistance to Spanish-speaking patients.
* Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
* Educate patients on available healthcare resources.
* Address patient concerns and ensure a positive healthcare experience.
*Qualifications:* * Fluency in both English and Spanish.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in patient navigation or related roles.
* Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology.
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
