The Asset Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling the logistics and documentation of obtaining product selling photography for Calvin Klein North America E-Commerce.
Duties that fall within this responsibility include tracking product that needs to be photographed or leveraged, liaison with Creative and the Photo Studio Vendor, communication with Buying and Wholesale representatives, and creating Shot Lists.
Responsibilities:
PDP Tracking
Updating the Seasonal Tracking Documents for the E-Commerce Buying Team and Wholesale Team
Briefing to the Photo Studio to upcoming styles that need to be photographed
Create Shot Lists that are extremely clear on how images need to be photographed, retouched, and due dates
Maintain relations with the Fashion Office, Production, and Photo Studio Vendor to ensure knowledge of Shoot Schedule and any Shoot discrepancies
Coordinate with vendors to leverage product imagery
Enlist the Photo Studio Vendor or Retouching Contractor for urgent post production jobs
Fill out leverage requests forms for Photo Studio to process
Work with Site Execution Team to trouble shoot any photography / asset issues
Notify cross functional teams to weekly Asset Deliveries
Consider marketing initiatives, special collections, and hero product into Shoot Planning
The Asset Coordinator will need to be able to prioritize different requests and workflow needs based on the ship and launch dates of stock.
The coordinator will also need to be able to make sound judgements and deliver feedback when the processes they contribute to need updates or improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ year in Sample Management / Photo Shoot planning role or one of similar capacity
Experience in Fashion or Retail necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Great attention to detail
Consistent follow-through on tasks
Capability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly
Can adapt to unforeseen change
Highly professional communication skills (written & oral)
Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of the business and the E-Commerce team’s structure and workflow.
Must be able to manage last minute changes that are frequent in the Fashion Photography process.
The role will require someone with a critical eye, who can problem solve and deliver solutions that improve the efficiencies and speed of the work in their AOR

Pay Range: $60,000 - $73,500

These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
