About The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Lead, Sales Compensation to support our global compensation team.
In partnering and supporting our global sales functions, you will: Manage our global variable pay incentives in collaboration with our Sales Operations team (calculate monthly sales incentive payments and assist in incentive sales plan design) Manage variable pay incentive inquiries through our People Helpdesk – researching, problem solving, and resolving employee inquiries Conduct data analysis in helping to create presentations to support strategic compensation decisions Support our annual compensation and market review through benchmarking, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide recommendations for our global salary ranges Assist in managing our global Annual Compensation Review cycles including but not limited to – reviewing and recommending merit increases, market adjustments, promotion and incentive payouts Be a strategic and operational compensation partner to the global Sales organization consulting on compensation related matters Ensure compensation data accuracy across HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus) Ability to work cross-functionally to participate in projects and activities based on business requirements and global compliance needs (example: pay practice analysis and reporting) About You Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you! Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in an analytical role within the compensation space or related experience (Sales Operations) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience with compensation or similar role in a high-growth organization with a solid understanding of compensation principles, strategies, and practices (incentive compensation and plan design a plus Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to manage large complex sets of data with the ability to interpret and present compensation data and insights Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (particularly Excel – including use of formulas, pivot tables, charts) Detail oriented and sensitive with confidential data Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management Self-motivated and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high growth, changing environment delivering pressing daily needs with an eye towards achieving longer-term objectives.
Strong communicator with interpersonal skills to partner with cross functional teams and represent the Compensation team to business leaders Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role.
