We're seeking a proficient AWS Cloud Engineer to bolster our Data Engineering, Science, and Analytics team.
Are you driven by a passion to harness your cloud engineering expertise, empowering data professionals to tackle business challenges? In this role, you'll design, develop, launch, monitor, and refine tools and services essential for data engineers, scientists, machine learning specialists, and analytics engineers.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, monitor, maintain, and evolve cloud-native tools, services, reusable modules, and frameworks to automate provisioning of cloud infrastructure that empowers data engineers/scientists/analytics engineers to build data and ML-related applications to deliver data products for Fanatics Collectibles users.
Implement automation and orchestration services to streamline and optimize cloud-related processes.
Collaborate with our Data Engineering, Science, and Analytics team to adopt industry best practices on cloud-based service usage.
Proactively research emerging technologies, evaluate their suitability in our existing tech stack, and incorporate them when business needs warrant.
Create and maintain documentation of services and modules for internal consumption.
Closely partner with Information Security teams to incorporate security requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 5+ years of professional experience working in AWS.
5+ years of experience using CI/CD frameworks and implementing best practices.
7+ years of experience in software development.
Proficient in Java, Python, SQL.
Proficient in a wide range of AWS services, especially those related to data, machine learning, A.

, and DevOps.
Proficient in implementing and automating security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation in AWS.
Experience in creating and deploying monitoring, metrics, and logging systems in AWS Experience with DevOps foundation, CI/CD, container technologies, orchestration technologies, and networking.
Strong project management skills and experience using project management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to peers and external vendors.
The salary range for this position is $170,000-$195,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
