We are seeking a Designer to join our team at Duggal Visual Solutions in our Brooklyn Navy Yard office.
As a Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for our international clientele, which includes Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to produce fully fleshed out 3D renderings and comprehensive presentations
* Work with the Innovation Lab Team on concept, design, production, and installation of projects
* Assist in detailing drawings and renderings under supervision
* Develop preliminary Design Assist on coordination of projects
* Help with verification of site details to support design
* Assist with field surveying of client spaces and provide documentation support
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture or design
* Minimum 2-3 years professional design experience in similar field
* Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering programs such as Rhinoceros, Twin Motion, SketchUp, LightWave, 3DS Max, Vectorworks, Solidworks and Cinema 4D
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with color, materials, and aesthetic form
* Dedication, passion, and hands-on approach

* Starting salary: $65,000
